How do I make a booking or get a quote?

Do we get a confirmation of our booking?
Once you have paid the deposit. We will send you a confirmation of travel.

What is a 'Text and Meet' service?
A 'Text and Meet' service is where your driver texts you on the number provided 15 mins after you have landed, as soon as you are ready for collection call your driver back and they will direct you to the vehicle.
Do we have to pay any parking fees & do we pay any extra if we come out late?
All parking fees are included in the cost . But this is for the 1st half hour. If any extra it will be charged at the airport parking charge.
Do you monitor our flight coming back?
Yes we monitor all flights & we set off normally 45 minutes from our base. Before your flight has landed. This is for Birmingham-Manchester-Liverpool airport.
What is a 'Meet and Greet' service?
A 'Meet and Greet' service is where your driver will be waiting with a name board in the Arrivals Hall. For this service an additional charge of £10 will apply. Please state this on the booking form,in the comments form that you need this service.
Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?
If your plane is delayed for a serious length of time, please contact our office immediately (+44 7961206677) or our and we will hold your driver until a new flight time is issued. If you follow these guide lines no extra charges will apply.
What happens if our plane is cancelled, can I get a refund?
As soon as you are aware that there is a problem please call our office immediately (+44 7961206677) or our We will work with you to resolve the situation. We will rearrange your collection, or a refund can be obtained under our refund policy guidelines.
What happens if our flight is diverted to another airport?
If your plane is diverted to another airport during the flight, then we as a company by having your driver at the airport have fulfilled our obligation and a refund cannot be obtained. If you do get diverted to another airport, please call our office immediately on
(+44 7961206677) and we will discuss the options with you. There could be an extra charge to yourself, that you may be able to claim against your airline or insurance.
Can we have extra pick ups and drop off?
Please mention at the point of booking if you require any additional collections as this will affect the price. Whilst you are on your journey you require additional drops or pick ups please ask your driver who will try and accommodate for an additional fee to be paid directly to them. But this may not always be possible due to time constrictions and advance bookings. It is always advisable to let us know before the day or at the time of booking.
What happens if some of our party are late arriving back on a night out?
Your driver will wait for 5 minutes after the booking time and then leave with those already on board.
Do we have to be ready at the time of our pick up?
We will wait for 10 minutes & an extra fee will incur. It will be £2 every 5 minutes.
What happens if you get us late to the airport and we miss our flight?
We will always do everything in our power to get you to the airport on time. We always advise a collection time and add additional time to the journey to ensure that you get to your destination in plenty of time. We always aim to arrive on time with a fully working vehicle. However, there can be situations that are out of our control, but since 2009 we have not had a single customer miss a flight. If following our advice and allowing plenty of time for your journey you do miss a flight (i.e. through a motorway accident) we are not held responsible and a refund will not be available. You may be able to claim via your travel insurance.
Is your company licensed and fully insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed. All our vehicles are Local Council registered, Taxi Plated and Taxi insured with public liability insurance.
Do you use third party companies?
Yes from time to time. We use Independent private hire drivers to cover our jobs. Who are very trust worthy.
Have you got child seats?
No we don't provide child seats. We ask you to provide them & you will have to fit them yourself. We will keep them in storage for the return trip.
Do I get my deposit back if I cancel?
The deposit payment is to secure your booking. So the deposit money will not be refunded.
When do I pay for my transfer?
You pay a deposit minus that & the balance is due in full on the day of travel.
What happens if I cancel my booking on the way back & you got my full payment?
We require 24 hour notice, because we could of taken other work on. So no the payment is lost. If you give us more than 24 hour notice. A refund will be paid to you.
What happens if I need to change any information or cancel my booking?
